A hilly tempo run and a flat tempo run can show the same pace and mean completely different things. Now you can tell the difference at a glance.
Workout detail pages now show a fully redesigned lap section. On desktop and tablet, laps collapse into a compact table — one row per lap, all the key numbers visible without scrolling. On phone, they stack as slim accordion bands. Everything is collapsed by default so you see the shape of the workout first, then drill into the laps that catch your eye.
The headline addition is Grade Adjusted Pace per lap. Each lap shows GAP alongside actual pace, plus a color-coded chip: green when the terrain made the effort easier than the pace suggests, red when it cost more. If your athlete ran 7:45 on a quad-burning climb, you’ll see what that lap would have looked like on flat ground — and so will they. GAP is computed fresh on every newly synced workout for all sports except swimming.
On the team management side, you can now send branded invitation emails directly from the Athletes page. Hit the invite button, and the email that goes out carries your team logo, name, and primary color — no extra setup required. Works for both athlete and coach invites, from the desktop menu or the mobile FAB.
