One workout.
Every athlete.
Their watch.
Create a workout once. Smagpie scales it to every athlete's pace and power zones, pushes it to their watch or phone, and shows you who did it. Free to start.
Who’s doing too much? The Coach Hub in 90 seconds.
The question every coach carries
Did the plan become the training, and did anyone take a jump they weren’t ready for?
Smagpie answers it every week, for every athlete. Built by a family of endurance athletes and coaches. We are still athletes.
One session, one week
Run, ride or swim, it works the same way. Here’s a cross-country Tuesday.
-
1 You plan it
Write Tuesday's 6 × 800 once.
Set the reps as a percent of threshold pace, or power or heart rate for a ride, and every athlete gets their own version in their own paces: 22 athletes, 22 workouts.
If Saturday's long run would be a big jump for someone, the schedule tells you before you assign it.
-
2 They do it
It's on their watch Tuesday morning.
Each athlete runs it on their Garmin or Coros, or follows it on their phone, with their own target for every rep. Riding indoors? It goes to Zwift or Rouvy too.
Afterwards they can leave a note on the workout: what felt off, what went right.
-
3 You see it
Wednesday, the Hub shows you who ran it hot.
The two who ran their 800s too fast, the one who stopped at four reps, the one whose run was a big jump: those get flagged. Everyone who ran the plan stays quiet.
Open any session and see whether they ran what you asked, rep by rep.
-
4 You tune it
Then you adjust Thursday.
The one who stopped early says why: an ankle on the fifth rep. Reply right on the workout, swap tomorrow for the spin bike, and assign it to just them. The two who ran hot get an easier day the same way.
And set how far off plan is too far for your team, so the Hub flags what matters to you.
…and Friday you plan the next one. That’s the loop.
Every week is building toward one race.
Pick your race and count back: how many weeks you have, and where base, build, peak and taper fall.
